Executive and Personal Assistant to Director
WebIdeas Partners - Kyiv, is based in Kyiv but is a Los Angeles, California USA Internet Venture, Investment & Management company focused on e-commerce for both pure internet activity and online product sales.
The company is seeking a competent reliable Administrative & Personal assistant in Office to the company's American Expat Director that is growing the company in Kyiv.
English language (speaking, writing, and translation) is required - at least B2. Preferably, C1
Not a remote position - only Office.
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director in all functions of managing the office, hiring, overseeing the purchasing of equipment and supplies for the office;
- Handling admin tasks on all ongoing projects;
- Handling all documents and spreadsheets with the executives. Must be excellent at typing skills;
- Organizing business meetings, conferences & other types of meetings;
- Maintaining business correspondence with partners and key clients;
- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests for information;
- Organizing business trips, booking tickets, and hotels;
- Assisting with the preparation of functions and events;
- Doing various research requested of the Director.

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 to 17:30 but we have some flexibility
Pay:
Starting Pay $850 based on qualifications and experience. You are paid a normal salary during the probation period. Probation is 60 days. After successful probation, you will receive a pay raise and also get benefits, paid sick and holiday, and stock and options ownership interest in the companies you help build. Pay is every two weeks.
