Samsung is looking for proactive eCommerce Merchandise Specialist.
eCommerce Specialist is responsible for supervising and managing content (key visuals, prices, listing/delisting process) update at Samsung eStore https://www.samsung.com/ua/
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience (preferably on position of eContent/eCommerce Specialist, e-Specialist, Online Sales Analyst, eCommerce Category Manager)
- fluent English
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail
- University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance
Responsibilities:
1. Content:
- Managing process of updating content at website in accordance with the Guide & Promo Calendar at all sell-out platforms on eStore
- Price & promo monitoring & correction of promo price replication at all Samsung sell-out platforms
- Bundles setup: promo SKU bundles setup
2. Promo:
- Promo configurator tool at all sell-out platforms
- Supervision of promo activation/deactivation on all sell-out platforms
- Supervising new products listing (PDP creation together with designers, synchronization with internal systems)
- Collecting and harmonizing promo activity calendar for the Contact Center
3. Reporting:
- Reporting to the Finance department on promo activities
- Promo communication preparation and mailing to partners
- General HQ reporting
