Responsibilities:
Market analysis, definition of target consumer segments for the product/service and its promotion
Create, shape and execute a successful brand vision, strategy, and plan
Management of new product launch projects (from product concept development to product promotion)
Analytical work — analysis of the market and competitive environment, monitoring of market trends
Identification and development of sales channels
Participation in the development of product assortment
Taking responsibility for brand positioning and product price policy
Cooperation with team members & contractors: designers, copywriters, manufacturers of packaging, printing
Control of all touchpoints of the brand with TA: from product labels to social media.
Our ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of work experience in Brand Management/Marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Self-driven with a startup mindset and a "get it done" attitude
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
