MEGAVAST (LTD) — a software product development company, builds MEGAVAST code development tools that aim to automate various aspects of code development and development management. It includes features such as project automation, code developer helper, automatic coding, code reviews, and code development process future with automation.

We are seeking an ambitious, multitasking, proactive HR Director to join our team in Kyiv. The HR Director will be essential in executing the HR strategy while overseeing operational HR and recruitment efforts. You will develop strong relationships with senior managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support on various aspects of people management.

 What you will do with us: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's growth and talent requirements.

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations.

  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to align HR management and organizational development initiatives with business objectives.

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and select top talent, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development by implementing programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and career progression.

  • Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.

  • Keep informed of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the effectiveness of HR policies and programs.

  • Promote and uphold the company culture and values.

What we expect from a future teammate:

  • Over 3 years of progressive experience in People Operations and leadership, with a successful history of scaling teams in rapidly growing environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, with strong mentorship and coaching capabilities.

  • Skilled in aligning HR strategies with business goals, with experience in strategic planning and execution.

  • Background in building and enhancing a strong employer brand, utilizing creative and innovative methods for talent attraction and retention.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English (upper-intermediate level or higher), with the ability to influence and foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for making data-driven decisions.
