Head of HR department
The main responsibilities:
Strategic HR organizational development
- Succession and Management Planning
- Develop and implement policies, procedures in the area of responsibility
- Contribute to the Business Unit Business Plan and Strategy
- Bring HR perspective to the management team
Strategic HR Development:
- Implement and maintain global HR-processes
- Implement global HR Tools
- Support the organizations work to attract, recruit and retain dedicated and competent people in a systematic way
- Contribute to and at Employer Branding activities
HR Administration and Support:
- Secure the operations have an adequate Compensations and Benefit structure
- Preparing and follow up of Budget for the department
- Manage the payroll
- Secure HR Controlling & Reporting
Manage HR compliance:
- Ensure compliance of HR legislations, policies, safety regulations, BU policies, collective agreements and guidelines as well as labor relations
Manage the HR team:
- Lead, motivate and manage the team to delivering high-quality and timely service to the organization
Health & Safety development:
- Coordinate work on Health and Safety direction
- Ensure and support implementation of safety and health policies, procedures and regulations in daily work
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in HR area
- Relevant business knowledge and 5+ experience in a similar role
- Extensive managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related B2B industry
- English — advanced level
