Intellectual Property Lawyer
Due to the product growth we are currently looking for experienced and results-driven Intellectual Property Lawyer who will be responsible for safeguarding the company's intellectual property (IP) and brand protection.

Responsibilities
Conduct trademark and copyright searches to identify potential conflicts.
Manage the trademark and copyright registration process.
Monitor trademark and copyright usage for infringement.
Enforce trademark and copyright rights through cease-and-desist letters, litigation, or other legal means.
Monitor online marketplaces and social media for unauthorized use of the company's brand.
Respond to online infringement and brand disparagement.
Develop strategies to protect the company's online reputation.
Draft and negotiate contracts related to intellectual property.
Stay up-to-date on intellectual property laws and regulations.
Advise the company on all matters related to brand protection.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and business development, to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
2 years of experience in intellectual property law, preferably with a focus on brand protection.
Strong understanding of trademark, copyright, and other relevant intellectual property laws.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Experience with publishing of Apps in Google Play and App Store (will be a plus).
