Middle Tech Lawyer

What you will do:
1. accompany clients and organize work on the project in the areas of:
corporate law (EU, Great Britain, the USA)
contract law (law of England and Wales, law of separate states in the United States)
tax planning and structuring
protection of intellectual property (mainly EU, Great Britain, the USA)
personal data protection (mainly EU, Great Britain, the USA)
legal accompaniment of startups and Web3 projects
2. coordinate work of juniors, paralegals, mentor and teach interns
3. participate in company projects in other areas: sales/PR and marketing/team leading if desired
What we wait for from our ideal applicant:
- 2 years of experience in international or IT law
- English at B2-C1 level
- experience in independent work on projects and skills in organizing teamwork
- interest in IT Law, modern trends, and technologies; understanding how IT companies work and are organized
