Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the CEO with strategic and operational tasks
- Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and decision documents
- Collaborate closely with various departments and cross-functional teams
- Assist in implementing flexible and agile working models within the company
- Manage legal and contractual matters, particularly concerning SaaS services, data protection, employment contracts, and compliance
- Research and implement modern technologies and tools (e.g., AI tools like ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency
- Support the implementation and optimization of our POS and ERP systems
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in managing teams and projects across different departments
- Technical expertise and experience in cloud computing (SaaS) and modern technologies
- Familiarity with POS and ERP systems, particularly in the hospitality, hotel, and bakery sectors
- Knowledge of labor law and contract management, especially regarding remote work
- Familiarity with data protection regulations, home office policies, and implementing flexible working models
- Strong communication skills and a structured, independent approach to work
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growing environment with the ability to prioritize effectively
