Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Collect and maintain weekly timesheets from employees.

• Conduct research on various topics such as conferences in the US and payment systems.

Communication and Email Management

• Review and manage messages on Upwork and LinkedIn on behalf of the CEO.

• Monitor and respond to incoming LinkedIn connection requests.

• Manage company email inboxes daily and provide regular updates.

Calendar and Social Media Management

• Plan, update, and monitor the CEO’s Google Calendar.

• Publish social media posts created by our content creator.

Personal Support for the CEO

• Handle utility bill payments and communicate with landlords.

• Assist with personal tasks for the CEO, such as car rentals, scheduling appointments, and finding tutors.

What We’re Looking For

• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, quick learning ability, and resourcefulness.

• Language Proficiency: Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

• Education: Current students or recent graduates are welcome.
