About the Role
As a Business Assistant to the CEO, you’ll work closely with Alex on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, team coordination, and high-level execution. You’ll help bring clarity to chaos and keep our projects (and people) moving in sync.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, has strong initiative, and knows how to turn ideas into action.
Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize weekly priorities
Keep Alex focused on high-impact tasks, not lost in the weeds
Take notes during meetings and ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed
2. Project Coordination
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to move tasks forward
Help manage Trello, Notion, or Things 3 boards (we’re flexible)
Monitor progress across departments and flag bottlenecks
3. Client & Partner Communications
Prepare email drafts, LinkedIn replies, and meeting briefs
Assist with sending proposals and collecting documents from clients
Keep CRM up-to-date and well-organized
4. Operations & Reporting
Collect weekly and monthly reports from team members
Help document internal processes (e.g., hiring flows, onboarding)
Track sales, recruiting, and marketing KPIs for weekly reviews
5. Personal Brand & Marketing Support
Help manage LinkedIn posting schedule
Organize speaking gigs, event prep, and media outreach
Coordinate with the content/SEO team to keep the blog running smoothly
