Buildwise is a modern construction and project-management company delivering innovative solutions to clients across Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. We are expanding and looking for an Assistant Manager who is ready to grow into a Project Manager role.
You will work directly with the company’s manager, initially following clear instructions and learning internal processes. Over time, you will transition into independently coordinating tasks, managing deadlines, communicating with partners, and taking part in business development initiatives.
This position is ideal for a responsible, proactive, communicative, and positive person who isn’t afraid of new challenges and wants a long-term career path.
Responsibilities
Executive assistance: coordination of tasks, calendars, reminders, and meetings
Document & workflow management: Google Docs, Google Sheets, presentations, CRM
Communication: regular interaction with partners, clients, and contractors (Ukrainian + English)
Task management: monitoring project progress in Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar tools
Administrative support: preparation of documents, proposals, technical specifications, letters
Process building: support in setting up new internal workflows at Buildwise
Representation: participation in meetings, exhibitions, and online/offline events as a company representative (Ukraine/Europe)
Who We’re Looking For
High English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate+)
1+ year of experience as an assistant, manager, or project coordinator
Strong self-organization, responsibility, and a desire to grow
Sociable, friendly personality able to professionally represent the company
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and gradually manage projects
Confident use of Google Workspace, Zoom, messengers, and task management tools
Nice To Have
Experience working with international teams or clients
Knowledge of Zoho, HubSpot, or other CRMs
Experience in construction, service, or technical project management
Valid passport for potential future business trips
