This is full-time hybrid role based in the UAE requiring flexibility to travel across Central Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Chairman complex calendar - schedule meetings, coordinate international travel, and ensure seamless daily operations
• Liaise with senior executives, board members, family office staff, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
• Arrange domestic and international travel.
• Support the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives; monitor progress and deadlines.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/or similar administrative role (at least 2 years experience)
• Strong communication skills in English (C2) and Russian (native).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Flexible and available for frequent travel, including on short notice
