We are looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain and build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, transitioning them into strategic business partners.
- Ensure clients are highly satisfied with our services and feel emotionally connected to the company.
- Collaborate closely with clients to meet their business goals, beyond individual task fulfillment.
- Encourage client retention, driving referrals and long-term partnerships.
- Account Planning & Goal Setting:
- Create and manage tailored development plans for each client.
- Regularly track progress towards established goals and revenue targets.
- Prepare and update revenue plans, ensuring that results are accurately tracked.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Proactively manage potential risks and address client concerns swiftly, ensuring high satisfaction metrics (CSI, NPS) are maintained.
- Collaboration with Recruitment:
- Work alongside recruitment teams to meet staffing needs, particularly for agency-type clients.
- Collaboration with Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage case studies, client success stories, and promotional materials for stronger relationships.
- Collaboration with Sales:
- Work with the sales team to identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide valuable client insights to help shape sales strategies and service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in an Account Management or similar role, with enterprise clients in outstaffing, outsourcing, product, or digital media sectors.
- Strong sales background, including experience with strategic planning and account growth.
- Expertise in KPI metrics such as CSI, NPS, revenue growth, and margin improvements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- AI and blockchain knowledge is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of account planning and experience conducting strategic sessions with clients.
- High-level stress resilience, creativity, and decision-making capabilities.
- Results-Oriented and Client-Focused: A natural ability to prioritize client satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Effectively work across teams to deliver high-quality results.
