We are looking for an energetic and talented Amazon Account Manager for our partners, a vitamin and mineral manufacturer operating on 4 continents, headquartered in Europe (time zone Europe, Poland for employees).
What you will do:
- Creating and managing brands, brand development, storefront creation;
- Work with Account Health, control of metrics on accounts;
- Systematisation of the product line. Launching new products;
- Creating new and optimising current listings;
- Audit of listings;
- Setting up and creating variations on listings;
- Conducting sales analytics, price monitoring, pricing;
- Conducting competitor analysis;
- Monitoring of warehouse stocks, their timely replenishment;
- Setting the terms of reference for the design department and SEO copywriters, interaction with Amazon PPC;
- Work with promotions, coupons, discounts, etc;
- Solving various issues on accounts, maintaining financial statements, working with Amazon report;
- Searching and implementing new tools to increase sales on Amazon, building hypotheses that will lead to an increase in sales;
- Maintaining reporting documentation.
Requirements:
- Amazon Account Manager experience from 3 years and above;
- Experience working with regulated/problematic topics such as dietary supplements, children’s products/electronics/medical topics is important;
- Fluency in several/all of Hellium10, Keepa, Jungle Scout / AMZ Scout / Seller Assistant App / Sellerboard / Helium 10 / Keepa / Tactical Arbitrage / Zik Analytics / Terapeak / eRank, etc;
- Attention to detail, follow through on tasks and meet deadlines;
- Ability to quickly find the information you need;
- Advanced Google user who is capable of self-learning and finding solutions.
- English (B1-B2 and above)
