We are looking for a Technical Account Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build technical and client-facing skills, and prepare for a future full-time role within our company.
Internship Responsibilities:
During the internship, your primary focus will be on learning and development. Key responsibilities include:
- Training & Learning: Engage with training materials and resources to build a strong foundation of platform knowledge.
- Shadowing: Observe experienced team members during client interactions, project calls, and training sessions to learn best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in internal team meetings to gain insights into workflows and project management.
- Administrative Support: Assist team members with administrative tasks to understand the role’s operational aspects.
- Skill Development: Complete assignments and projects designed to align your skills with the Technical Account Manager role.
Post-Internship Role Responsibilities:
After successful completion of the internship and upon transitioning to a full-time role, responsibilities will include:
- Customer Requirements: Elicit, understand, document, and communicate customer business needs.
- Platform Implementation: Design and implement platform setups that align with customer goals.
- Customer Education: Educate and guide customers on platform features to optimize their outcomes.
- Training & Project Management: Provide training for customer teams and manage project timelines.
- Project Facilitation: Lead weekly project calls to ensure tasks are on track.
- Value Recommendations: Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and derive value from the platform.
- Customer Success: Take full ownership of customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
- Event Support: Provide real-time support during live events, including occasional onsite support.
- Content Contribution: Develop help articles, training materials, and user documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate or final-year student, ideally in a relevant technical or business field.
- English Proficiency: C1 level or higher.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of:
- RESTful APIs, Postman, and authentication protocols.
- JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Web-based interfaces, including HTML, CSS, URLs, and URL parameters.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits
- Internship Period: During the first six months, you will receive a monthly stipend of $300.
- Post-Internship Compensation: Upon mutual agreement to continue after the internship, your salary will increase to $600 per month, with opportunities for further increases based on performance.
- Paid Time Off: You will be entitled to 16 days of paid vacation annually, in addition to 10 recognized bank holidays.
- Sick Leave: Up to 25 days of paid sick leave will be provided each year.
Working Hours
Your regular working hours will be 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time).
