Hi, I'm Alex, managing partner of C3PA and Grantoro projects at Paxle  — an international group of ADTech companies. We work in Performance Marketing with dating, sweepstakes, and gambling.

I’m actively seeking a talented Account Manager/BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work under deadlines and manage time effectively, take initiative and respond with enthusiasm to new tasks, be open to new experiences, and continuously improve their skills.

Our expectations from you:

- 2 years experience in affiliate marketing: affiliate programs, advertisers, media buying teams;
-At least 1 year in an Account Manager or Business Development Manager role.
- English proficiency at B2+ level: You can easily negotiate, create self-presentation, and thrive in an international environment.
- Knowledge of the market, major advertisers, and major affiliate programs: dating, gambling niches;

Strong soft skills:
- Advanced networking and diplomacy abilities.
- Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creativity and ability to set priorities in a busy environment.
- Ability to work in a team.

Your main duties will be:

– Search for new partners, increase revenue from advertisers and affiliates, and develop new branches of cooperation;
– Integration of affiliates and advertisers with tracking platforms, ensuring correct tracking of traffic conversion results;
- Build long-term relationships with existing partners, supporting them throughout the collaboration.
– Signing and keeping records of documentation on advertisers and affiliates;
– Implementation of new strategies of work with advertisers, expanding areas of cooperation;
- Attend industry conferences to network, negotiate, and create new business opportunities.
- Optimize partnerships: Analyze campaign performance, suggest improvements, and enhance partner KPIs.
