We seek a result-driven individual to join Taimi Team as our Senior Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the development of our brand new Ad Sales Department. Your task will include building inbound and outbound sales funnels, working with the product team to ensure high quality experience for advertisers, and ensuring stable revenue growth through implementation of quality sales strategies. This role offers an exciting challenge to drive business success across international markets, build high-impact partnerships, and expand our presence in the advertising market. You will:
- Work on development of strong inbound and outbound sales funnels.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by selling Taimi’s advertising solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop sales strategies and new product offerings based on market feedback.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Build and lead your own Sales team from scratch based on successful KPI performance.
From you:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a focus on digital advertising sales.
- Strong analytical capabilities: proficient in analyzing data, spotting trends, and identifying business growth opportunities to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in building inbound and outbound sales funnels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- English level: Advanced.
Will be an advantage:
- Good understanding of the advertising ecosystem and performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Experience in investment funds, FMCG, Big 4 firms, and consulting will be a significant advantage.
