Now we are looking for an experienced and flexible HRBP for our partner company Artesa to help us with our growth.
Artesa is an international tech company that develops successful educational products in the European markets. We produce high-quality essays and help students unlock time for something of greater significance. Our main goal is to become the world’s largest company working in the non-English Essay niche.
We operate at: DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

- Over the last year, we have gathered ambitious, talented, and professional teammates from top IT companies (mostly ex-Genesis).
- With Boosta as a strategic partner and investor, we are fully set up to expand and conquer new markets.
Your responsibilities:
- To build and maintain the recruiting process with hiring managers and the HR team to improve the quality of hiring.
- Help and coach Middle and C-level managers with choosing candidates’ profiles, finding an appropriate way of interviewing candidates, screening them, and making the right hiring decisions.
- Implement and adjust HR policies and procedures to current companies’ needs (onboarding, offboarding, assessment, development, retention, L&D, performance management, the salary review process, etc.).
- Analyze HR data in the business unit to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, report on an actual state of things, suggest new initiatives based on analytics.
- Provide full support to managers and employees on all HR issues.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build culture, increase productivity and retention.
- Work with employees’ motivation, internal communication, and feedback-giving system.
- Identify and cover management team training needs.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues.
What do we expect from you?
- Strong experience in all types of recruiting (especially international through LinkedIn).
- 4+ years of work experience in HR, in the role of HRBP or HRD.
- Experience in startup companies or working in a fast-growing environment.
- Understanding the full cycle of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Skills in creating processes “from scratch” and implementing them in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience working with financial metrics (or metrics that impact finances) and to be hands-on with data.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Сoaching experience is a plus.
