We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Generalist for our client.

About client: DRCT is a fast-growing and innovative company technology company engaged in the civil avaition sector and dedicated to fostering a collaborative and people-centric workplace. As part of our mission to support our employees and scale our operations.

This role is perfect for a professional with a strong foundation in HR practices who is eager to take on more responsibilities and contribute to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs.

  • Organize and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.

  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final documentation.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and policy clarifications.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by supporting engagement initiatives and addressing workplace issues.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR system and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in facilitating performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and development plans.

  • Identify and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

  • Organizing of corporate events for employees, team-building activities and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices.

  • English - B2

  • Proficiency in HR systems.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

Working terms:

  • Hybrid work format and flexible schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
