HR Generalist
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Generalist for our client.

Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs.
Organize and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final documentation.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and policy clarifications.
Foster a positive workplace culture by supporting engagement initiatives and addressing workplace issues.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR system and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in facilitating performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and development plans.
Identify and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
Organizing of corporate events for employees, team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications and skills:
Experience: 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR practices.
English - B2
Proficiency in HR systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
Working terms:
- Hybrid work format and flexible schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
