Development holding in Bali Island (Indonesia) invite professional person to Hotel Front Office manager position for 1 of our projects. AHLA certificate is eligible
Dep: Sales & Marketing
Supervisor: Head of Sales
Subordinated staff: Front office shift leader, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Be able to provide all Front Desk Agent & Guest Relation Manager operations
- Approve & Control all accommodation rules & liability of the property & guests
- Ensures faultless Front Office operation
- Control & operate in PMS- all reservation records- check in processing- guests account statement - payment/deposit/debt processing-cancellation (fee/no fee rules) -no-show-check out- guests account settlement
- Processing guests complains ( sorry cards, discount, refunds etc )
- Constantly increases sales ( add-on sales, overstay, service etc)
- Human resource of Front Office- forms & edits Job description, standards, check lists-provide start & following trainings/cross trainings of Front Office Staff- take part in recruitment - constantly improves the own level of qualification- constantly improves the level of qualification of Front Office staff
- Maintain records and files
- Keeping the all workplaces neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
- Eliminate the possibility of property reputation detriment
