We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized candidate for our back office team.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills are required.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage competing priorities and stay efficient under pressure.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work in two shifts, with the second shift lasting until 22:00 Kyiv time (Monday through Friday, 1st shift 09:30-18:30, 2nd shift 13:00-22:00)
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
