Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly review and verify documents according to our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy.
- Assist in managing account balances, which may include handling loans, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to resolve inquiries and address concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assisting international partners in achieving their goals and expanding their global reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a compliance or back-office support role within the financial industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and partners.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thorough document verification.
- Knowledge of financial processes, including loans, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Ability to maintain composure in customer-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in handling confidential customer data and adhering to data security protocols.
