About Us:
BPG (Brasov Professional Group) has been providing management and technical support for a number of German electrical installation companies since 2007. The German companies are partnerships, which are on large construction sites throughout the country. The members of the partnerships come from various EU and non-EU countries, with a significant number of Romanian electrical installation specialists.
Position Overview:
As the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our electricians in Germany. Your responsibilities will include logistics management (transportation and accommodation), liaising with German authorities and companies, and occasionally assisting with recruitment efforts targeting South Slavic countries for electrician and electrician helper roles. Occasional travel to Germany may be required, expenses covered by the company.
Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a proactive, self-starter who can quickly grasp new concepts and possesses strong operational skills. Key qualifications include:
Fluency in German and English is a must (English is the internal office language).
Position requires being at the office, remote work is NOT an option.
Previous management experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and communication skills .
Compensation :
This is a full-time position with income levels ranging from €2,000 to €3,000, depending on qualifications and company performance.
