We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Affiliate Programs Team.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing employees in Affiliate Marketing, headhunting, conducting interviews, and communicating with hiring managers.
• Actively attending industry-specific international meetups, conferences, and events in Affiliate Marketing, engaging in the community, building networks, subtle headhunting, and maintaining a warm talent pool.
• Extensive LinkedIn use, including communication with potential candidates for headhunting, identifying valuable connections, and relationship building.
• Collaborating within a team for an international project.
• Preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports detailing progress, hires, and open vacancies.
Requirements:
• Experience: At least 3 months in recruitment, preferably in Digital, iGaming, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with iGaming and Affiliate Marketing sectors.
• English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for conferences and candidate interactions.
• Vacancy Handling: Experience managing 3+ active vacancies simultaneously.
• LinkedIn Expertise: Proven experience in LinkedIn recruitment and candidate engagement.
• Specialized Hiring: Background in recruiting internet marketers, affiliate managers, media buyers, or similar digital marketing roles.
• Personal Traits: Empathetic, communicative, responsible.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for work, valid international passport, and no restrictions for travel to CIS, EU, and Asia.
