Your Mission
- Communicate directly with prospects via Email, LinkedIn, and other channels—no bots, no automation, just your personal touch.
- Convert warm replies into scheduled intro/demo calls.
- Reconnect with existing CRM leads to revive relationships.
- Manage appointments, send follow-ups, and ensure everything runs smoothly with HubSpot CRM.
- Write engaging sales copy, tailored to individual prospects.
Your Profile
- Upper-Intermediate English (written) — You can charm through your words.
- 1+ year experience as an SDR, outreach specialist, or in a pre-sales role.
- A knack for personalized communication—not just templates, but thoughtful, impactful messages.
- Pro at juggling multiple inboxes and social media platforms daily.
- A creative thinker who can analyze prospect data and craft outreach based on signals or newsbreaks.
- Understanding of IT and sales processes.
- A team player, quick learner, and self-starter.
- Bonus: Experience with Twitter and Discord for lead generation.
