Junior Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires
- Search and screening of CVs, reference checking
- Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
- Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process
Requirements:
- University degree (or in process), ability to work full-time
- English at Upper Intermediate level
- 0,5+ years in recruitment, interviewing skills would be a plus
- Experience with different search resources
- Good understanding the whole recruitment cycle
- Proactive and self-motivated, willing and able to learn fast
- Friendly personality and an excellent networker
