We are looking for HR BP for Tax & Legal department
Responsibilities
- Consult with management of Tax&Leagl department and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Suggest new HR strategies
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner at less 3 years
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
