For our team we are looking for a Customer Success to collect experience and learn.
Your key responsibilities:
Onboard new clients
Communicate with clients
Set Up new devices for Customers
Set Up Menu and Configure the system according to the requirements of the project
Generate and Evaluate Data Exports
Work as a part of a team to expand, improve and develop working processes
Expectations from you:
At least 1 year of work experience
Upper-intermediate English
Ability to learn fast on the go
Attention to detail
Good at following instructions, working independently and data analysis
Good communication skills
