What You’ll Do
As a Junior Billing Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and secure payment processes for our users:
- Analyze payment activities to identify and address fraudulent behavior;
- Prepare professional documentation to dispute financial claims;
- Manage the entire lifecycle of user financial claims, from initiation to resolution.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives on structure, organization, and systematic problem-solving;
- Has strong written English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Loves diving into data and unraveling transaction trends.
What Sets You Apart (Preferred but not required):
- Experience in financial claims or chargebacks;
- Knowledge of fraud analysis or arbitration processes;
