Responsibilities: 

  • Developing a strategy for development and communication with the company's clients.
  • Building operational processes in the team (maintaining a CRM system, tasks and reporting).
  • Analysis of team work and results (team and individual performance metrics). 
  • Work with team reporting (monthly and quarterly).
  • Development and implementation of new services and tools in the work. 
  • Motivation and development of the team. 
  • Quality control of customer service. 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of team management experience. 
  • Analytical skills and experience with analytics services for reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience in improving operational processes in a team. 
  • Experience in working with clients (customer focus). 
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. 
  • Experience with task tracker systems and CRM systems. 
  • English at the level of B2 and above.

It will be a plus:

  • Experience in integrating AI services into workflows.
  • Experience in FinTech/IT/Media.
