Main Responsibilities
– Support corporate business applications for the Land Transport for cluster countries
– Incident handling and advising business users
– Provision of release notes to end users (country applications or global applications)
– Hyper care support after releases
– Maintaining IT knowledge base, IT documentation, manuals
– Participation in functional testing of new IT system functionality
– Support of UAT tests in the country during new system rollouts and after releases
– Analyzing of business requirements and converting them to technical specification for corporate IT teams
– Taking part in delivery of IT projects in cluster, execute rollout activities of corporate IT projects in cluster
– Participation in analyzing of Business Processes efficiency and preparing recommendations for improvements
– Supporting Key-users community, consulting them in area of responsibility
Mandatory Requirements
– Excellent analytical ability to understand business processes
– English language at advanced level is a must
– Knowledge about transport business processes will be beneficial
