We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Manager, ready to start a career in the administrative field without previous work experience. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to learn quickly and want to work in a dynamic environment, we will be happy to teach you everything you need to succeed!
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the manager: help in organizing the work schedule, planning meetings and trips.
- Preparation and execution of documentation, including correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings, telephone calls and video conferences.
- Control of execution of the manager's orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Preparation of materials for meetings, including necessary documents and presentations.
- Keeping records of correspondence and ensuring proper document flow in the company.
- Interaction with various departments of the company for prompt resolution of current issues.
Requirements:
- Desire to work and develop in the field of administrative management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organization, responsibility and attention to details.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change.
- Basic knowledge of PC (MS Office) and the ability to quickly learn new programs.
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
