a Senior HR Business Partner who will work directly with business leaders to strengthen leadership quality, build high-performing teams and improve organizational effectiveness.
This role is not about supporting HR processes. It is about partnering with leaders to solve real organizational challenges, improve management decisions and help teams deliver business results.
Senior HR Business Partners in our team operate as trusted advisors to leaders, helping them build strong teams, develop leadership capability and strengthen a culture of accountability and learning.
Your Mission
Partner with business leaders
Work closely with leaders to improve team performance and organizational effectiveness.
Support leaders in diagnosing organizational challenges and developing solutions that improve results.
Act as a trusted advisor in management discussions related to teams, leadership and organizational performance.
Strengthen leadership capability
Coach managers to improve leadership quality, decision-making and team effectiveness.
Support leaders in building strong teams and developing leadership capability within their organizations.
Help leaders reflect on management decisions and learn from results.
Improve organizational effectiveness
Analyze organizational challenges and identify root causes affecting team performance.
Design and implement solutions that strengthen collaboration, accountability and alignment across teams.
Support leaders in building scalable team structures and effective management practices.
Talent and team development
Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning and strengthening leadership pipelines.
Help managers build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
Learning and continuous improvement
Support a culture where teams learn from both successes and failures.
We typically look for candidates with:
- At least 5+ years of experience in HR
- Experience as Senior HR Business Partner roles or working closely with business leaders
- Experience supporting managers and leadership teams
- Experience participating in organizational transformation or change initiatives
- An exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and build rapport across cultures and multinational teams.
- A proactive mindset and adaptability in fast-evolving contexts.
English — Advanced / Fluent level
- Required for working with international teams, professional communication, and collaboration in a global business environment.
- Strategic thinking
Ability to understand business context and connect people's decisions to business outcomes.
- Ownership and accountability
A mindset of ownership and responsibility for outcomes, starting analysis with personal contribution.
- Analytical thinking
Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and identify root causes.

What We Offer
- Hybrid work: 2–3 days per week in office (Kyiv City), rest remote.
