Join a fast-moving, international team and help users from around the world — from wherever you are. We’re looking for a sharp, friendly communicator to join our customer support team. No cold calls, no scripts — just real conversations where you actually solve problems and make someone’s day better.
What you’ll do:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve issues quickly using established workflows
- Be the calm, knowledgeable voice customers rely on
What we’re looking for:
- English at B2+ level (spoken & written)
- Experience in support is a plus, but not required — a genuine understanding of customer service principles is what matters
- A personal computer and stable internet connection
- Someone who’s detail-oriented, fast to learn, and genuinely enjoys helping people
The setup:
- 100% remote — work from anywhere in the world
- 5/2 rotating schedule, planned weekly so you can plan your life around it
- Three shift options:
- Morning: 07:30-15:30
- Day: 15:30-22:30
- Night: 22:30-07:30
