Join our fast-growing company as a German speaking Customer Support Representative
Fluent German C1 and B1 English level.
It is a freelance, remote and full-time position.
Start date: 4 May 2026
Working Schedule:
5 days working and 2 off; (Sunday is always off and second day off is shifting
8:00 am to 5:00 pm CET / 11:00 AM :8.00 PM CET
During the two weeks of training it will be Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm CET, then will change according to business needs.

- Compensation: $800/ month during the probation period (1month) and $900 after passing the probation period +300$ KPIs bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats;
- Answer general and order-related questions;
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions;
- Escalate complex issues to the technical department;
- Report to senior management on customers' feedback, complaints, quality etc.
Tech Requirements:
50+MB speed, RAM 8+, Windows 10+
KPIS
- 10-15 tickets (all contacts, such as emails,calls,chats) per hour
- Quality above 82%, CSAT above 70%
- Adherence to schedule 100%
There is also a loyalty bonus system:
$200 to be paid if you continue working with us 6 months after probation is completed
$400 - 12 months after probation is completed
$500 - 18 months after probation is completed
$800 - 24 months after probation is completed
$900 - 30 months after probation is completed
$1200 - 36 months after probation is completed
