We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Sii Ukraine. You will join a Service Desk Team for one of the biggest delivery companies. You will take responsibility for troubleshooting issues with computer hardware and providing general IT assistance.
Your role
- Prepare laptops for new employees and recover laptops for terminated employees
- Perform user support for the current hardware present in our office
- Provide ticket management and basic Network support with the help of our network team
- Conduct inventory process
- Order and collect hardware
- Configure access card
- Find and interact with local hardware providers or partners
- Propose a technical solution to the local issue reported
Your skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in user support (Apple or Linux workstations)
- Ability to be physically present in the office
- Experience in IT processes and helpdesk tasks
- Good knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages
- Very good communication skills
