Responsibilities:
Provide customer service via ticket system, manage 80-100 chats (daily) promptly;
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives;
Ensure customers' satisfaction and build relationships.

Full-Time Position only - (5 Days a week, evening UA shifts: 16:00 - 01:00, 17:00 - 02:00);
