Right now we are looking for ambitious, communicative and self-driven Support Chat Operator chats to join our professional team.
The main responsibility is handling incoming customer enquiries via online and chat with customers. Our main market of customers is US and EU.
Requirements:
- English language level not lower than B2 (ability to communicate freely with customers, to write and understand texts competently, only online communications without calls)
- Previous experience is preferable, but we also consider motivated candidates without experience
- Competent written and verbal speech, attention to detail
- Sales skills, creative approach in communication is a big advantage
- Ability to communicate online with different types of clients
