Amazon Account Administrator/Customer Support
We are looking for a responsible, ambitious, and self-motivated individual to join our team and help us maintain the quality of our Amazon account and listings. You will be provided with all the necessary tools for your work and will closely collaborate with your coordinator. This position will require your deep dive into our products, understanding how it works and we would need your advice on how to make them better.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage listings attributes
Communicate with Amazon support (calls and text)
Set up deals, promotions, coupons
Generate and analyze reports
Customer support
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel
English: B2 level is required
Experience with Amazon is a plus
Experience in e-commerce is a plus
Attention to details
Result-oriented mindset
About the Position:
Remote job
Starting salary of $600 per month
Full-time (8 hours per day)
