Austrian Airlines search for Customer Support Specialist (with knowledge of Czech, Slovak or Bulgarian) to join our professional team.
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken Czech, Slovak or Bulgarian (advanced).
- Advanced computer skills.
- Effective communication over the phone, through email etc.
- Customer orientation.
- Ability to learn fast.
- Motivation for working and growing professionally.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Be ready to work in a team.
We are looking for active and friendly candidate, ready to help; who can work under pressure and is responsible and reliable.
There will be an advantage if you have a previous experience in working with customers or in travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage amounts of incoming phone calls and emails within KPIs and Quality standards.
- Work in and with various LHG systems.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Analyzing and reporting service malfunctions.
- PNR servicing (Passenger Name Record)
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication up-to-date procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Support other teams to achieve satisfaction customer service level on managers’ request.
