- Customer-oriented approach;
- Good math skills - you are proficient with Excel and formulas;

Would be a plus:
- Prior experience in Customer support;
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with operations, and support teams to coordinate and deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations;
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of client agreements, ensuring all terms align with company policies;
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer journey;
- Daily tasks.
