Requirements:
- At least Upper-intermediate English;
- Customer-oriented approach;

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with vendors to ensure contracts met compliance with company policies and regulations;
- Work closely with operations, and support teams to coordinate and deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations;
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients, and resolve disputes;
- Be adaptable to changing client needs and flexible with ongoing projects.
