What we offer
- Full time, flexible schedule
- $5/hr, $1 increase every three months
- Unlimited vacation days, 12 vacation days per year are paid
Required skills
- Advanced English
- Customer Service experience 6+ months
Would be a plus, but not required
- Intercom experience (or another Help Desk like Zendesk)
- Support Quality Assurance (emails, calls, tickets)
What you will do
- Create and update SOPs for the Support Team
- Analyze conversations clients have with our Support Team and provide feedback with improvement suggestions
