What we offer
- 20h work week (full-time potentially), flexible schedule
- $5/hr, gradual increase to $8/hr within 9 months
- Unlimited vacation days, 12 vacation days per year are paid
Required skills
- Advanced English
- Customer Service experience 3+ months
Would be a plus, but not required
- Help ?Center articles creation experience
- Intercom experience (or another Help Desk like Zendesk)
- Support Quality Assurance (emails, calls, tickets)
What you will do
- Create and improve Help Center articles
- Analyze conversations clients have with AI Chatbots to improve Help Center articles accordingly
- Potentially, you will also learn how to set up the Intercom Help Desk, AI Agents, and Automations
