Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, your main responsibilities will include managing all written communications such as customer inquiries via email and our website.
Approximately 90% of these inquiries are routine, and we provide templates for responses to streamline the process. Most customer requests follow a typical pattern, allowing for efficient handling using predefined answers.
This position offers flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day, making it ideal for those who require adaptable schedules.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle backend operations related to customer support
- Make customer calls when necessary
