Purpose: 

We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to join the sales team. 

 Main responsibilities:

• Proactively look for the new opportunities in sales (corporate individuals, groups, conference & banqueting) and afterwards make sure they realize on a proper level
• Ensure all enquiries are answered to RHG standard on a high level of communication
• Actively participate in Sales Department daily workflow, and handle administrative duties
• Daily collaboration with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries 

 Main requirements:

• Good at building strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Perfect organizational skills ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered in a timely manner
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Adaptivity and flexibility, team player
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
• Good communication, presentation, writing and negotiation skills
