Job description

As a receptionist, you are responsible for the efficient maintenance of the main’s daily office operations.

You are responsible for :

  • answering incoming calls;
  • meeting and welcoming guests;
  • coordination of mail/courier services;
  • assisting in office related questions: taxi requests, hotel, and ticket reservation, visa documentation preparation;
  • cooperation with suppliers for expendable materials orders.
  • filing, typing, photocopying, and scanning different documents;

Your skills and experience

  • the English language is on intermediate and above level;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • responsible;
  • problem-solving and ready to help;
  • honesty, openness, friendliness;
  • office equipment confident user.
