Our client began his activity by producing metal and glass architectural structures in 1996. Today this company is a high-tech production complex that designs and manufactures turnstiles, road blockers, bollards, fire doors, gates, and hatches.

About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. We are open to considering final-year students from technical fields who have high computer skills and can speak English at an Upper-Intermediate level. Commercial experience in technical support, will be a big plus. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive attitude in helping the customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanics;
- Good English skills (B1-C1);
- Ability to solve technical problems and think logically;
- Good communication skills;
- Results-driven, stress-resistant, eager to learn and improve.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the field of customer support;
- Experience working in a service center for the repair of equipment;
- Analytic and problem-solving skills, multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional technical support regarding the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of the company’s production equipment (Turnstiles, Blockers) and the company’s software, using various means of communication (online, telephone, e-mail, and periodic meetings with clients);
- Process customer requests: find solutions to problems, collect, record, and systematize information;
- Interact and share customer feedback with other company divisions.
