Senior PR Manager (igaming)

Objectives of this Role:

As the PR Manager, your goal will be to craft and manage a forward-thinking PR strategy that enhances brand visibility, reputation, and credibility. You will spearhead campaigns, forge relationships with media and influencers, and ensure that our brand’s narrative resonates across key markets. This role demands an experienced PR professional who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Key skills:

• Experience: 3+ years in public relations, with a proven track record in a managerial PR role, within iGaming environment.
• Media Relations Expertise: Established network of media contacts and proven experience securing impactful media coverage.
• Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to develop and execute strategies that align with brand objectives and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in crisis management, capable of quick, strategic thinking under pressure.
• Analytical Skills: Experience with PR analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement PR Strategy: Craft and manage an overarching PR strategy aligned with brand goals, addressing the unique needs of diverse markets.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers, ensuring consistent and favorable media coverage.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze PR campaigns that promote brand initiatives, product launches, and corporate events.
• Content Development: Create press releases, media kits, and PR content that conveys brand messaging in a clear, engaging way.
• Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication plans and serve as the lead for managing any potential reputational issues.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand, SMM, and Event teams to align messaging and reinforce brand consistency across channels.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report PR campaign performance, continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights.

Would be a plus:

• Project Management Skills: Proficiency with project management tools and an ability to multitask across campaigns and projects.
• Creative Storytelling: Strong ability to craft compelling stories that resonate across different media platforms and cultural contexts.
