Main requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position (Sales Manager, Business Development Manager). 
  • Proficiency in Romanian at a level of Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Strong communication skills, client-oriented approach;
  • Understanding of sales specifics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with users via chat, phone, and email to create a trusting and friendly atmosphere for clients;
  • Ensuring clients have the best experience using our brands; 
  • Creating personalized offers for clients; 
  • Responding quickly, politely, and accurately to client inquiries and requests; 
  • Providing information about all promotions, changes in rules, etc.; 
  • Assisting users in resolving any technical issues they may encounter, involving technical specialists when necessary; 
  • Working closely with the product team, suggesting service improvements based on client feedback.
