Main requirements:
- Experience in a similar position (Sales Manager, Business Development Manager).
- Proficiency in Romanian at a level of Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Strong communication skills, client-oriented approach;
- Understanding of sales specifics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with users via chat, phone, and email to create a trusting and friendly atmosphere for clients;
- Ensuring clients have the best experience using our brands;
- Creating personalized offers for clients;
- Responding quickly, politely, and accurately to client inquiries and requests;
- Providing information about all promotions, changes in rules, etc.;
- Assisting users in resolving any technical issues they may encounter, involving technical specialists when necessary;
- Working closely with the product team, suggesting service improvements based on client feedback.
