Responsibilities:
At the beginning of our mutual journey, you’ll study hard and learn a lot. Not only about the product. Then we’ll show almost limitless system possibility and you’ll have to understand all general software principles and learn how to save face in front of customers. Then you’ll need to plunge into customers industry to understand what are they guided by, what’s their “pain”.
As soon as you get ready, we’ll let you join an exciting Improvement Customer Company tour. You need to be assertive as a steam engine to collaborate with a customer on turnover amplification, vigilant like an eagle to notice issues for solution their effecting and also cute as teddy bear to be always in tune with customer.
Customer success manager is rare, smart and savvy bird not only in product features, but also in customers industry (Retail) .
Would be a plus:
