Duties:
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Implement individual sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Preparation of commercial offers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
- Participation in the process and procedures for certification of industrial products.
- Taking care of the good image of the company and adherence to the adopted rules and standards.
Profile:
- Preferred education background: mechanical engineering, industrial automation, metrology or related;
- Good command of the English language;
- Experience in sales to the industrial sector will be an advantage;
- Independence, initiative in action, perfect organization of work;
- Ability to gain technical knowledge;
- Willingness to travel (1-2 active days per week in field);
- Valid driving licence;
- Possibility to work from home (home-office).
