We are looking for a talented and passionate Community Manager to join our team and support our beloved users!.
Responsibilities
Providing support to players, for inquiries about game, features, promotions, game progression and experience, technical issues, lost accounts, missing wins, purchase issues.
Delivering service to players that is good enough and fast enough to meet all the studio targets.
Trendwatching of Social media tools, applications, channels and inform the development team on potential opportunities;
Staying up to date with all current game features.
Requirements
0.5+ year experience as customer support, community manager, smm or similar
Discipline and flexibility
Ability to balance workload to maintain all communication sources Discord, Helpshift, Email
Passion for games
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
Advanced English
Will be a plus
Commercial experience running international communities
Knowledge of Photoshop, Video Editors or similar tools
